Shipping & Delivery Policy

At A & B Australia we aim to make the delivery and pickup of our heavy-duty shelving and industrial equipment as easy and flexible as possible. Please review our shipping options below:

Local Delivery

  • We offer local delivery for a fee, with same-day delivery often available depending on stock and location.

  • All deliveries are handled with care to ensure your items arrive in excellent condition.

  • Products are flat-packed, making them easy to transport and unload.

In-Store Pickup

  • Same-day pickup is available for most items.

  • You can collect your order during our business hours at 47 Morgan Street North Geelong.

Delivery Options

  • Our products are flat-packed and can fit in standard cars, vans, or trucks.

  • You may choose from the following delivery methods:

    • Delivery by our team (local only)

    • Pickup in-store

    • Organise your own courier – You're welcome to arrange a courier of your choice to collect your order. Please notify us in advance with courier details.

Important Notes

  • Delivery fees are calculated based on location and order size.

  • We do not currently offer nationwide shipping, but can assist with logistics if you're arranging your own courier.

  • For large or custom orders, please contact us directly to confirm stock and arrange delivery times.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Return & Exchange Policy

At A & B Australia, customer satisfaction is important to us. We stand behind the quality of our products and are happy to assist if something isn’t right.

Damaged or Faulty Items

We offer a straightforward swap-over policy for any items that are damaged or faulty. If you receive a product that is defective or arrives with damage:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order

  • Provide a photo of the damage or fault where possible

  • We’ll arrange a quick replacement or exchange at no extra cost

Conditions

  • Items must be returned in original packaging (where possible)

  • This policy applies to damaged or faulty items only

  • For change-of-mind returns, please contact us to discuss options (restocking fees may apply)
